LifeWise is proud to provide free, quality food options for families in the region during this challenging time. We have transitioned to a custom-order, appointment-based curbside pickup model.   • Appointment pick-up times: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
  • Appointment slots open weekly at midnight on Sunday.
  • If you submit more than one appointment for the same week (duplicate), we will use the appointment time selected in the final order submitted.
  • Submit your form early as there is a maximum of 500 orders accepted per week. If we exceed that number, the form will no longer submit.

  • Please limit orders to one per family, per week.
  • There are no income, citizenship or geographic restrictions.
  • The order form is available in English, Spanish, Somali, Vietnamese and Nepali.
  • You can submit and/or pick-up an order on behalf of someone else. You will need to give the person’s name and phone number at the time of pick-up.
  • There will be 3 designated pick-up parking spots in our gated parking lot next to our building. Please call the phone number on the sign. You will need to give your name and parking spot number.

Volunteers Needed

  • Volunteers are needed to assemble food orders, field phone calls from individuals who have arrived to pick up their online food order and deliver packages to vehicles.
  • Shifts are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
  • Shifts are 2 hours long.
  • There will be no more than 4 volunteers at one time to ensure safe social distancing.
