Youth Mental Health

Our bilingual Youth Mental Health services provide a safe space for emotional, behavioral and psychological support for youth ages 4 through 8th grade. Using culturally responsive interventions and creating individualized treatment goals, we develop skills for coping, emotional regulation, managing thoughts and behaviors, and psychoeducational learning.

Services for children and youth include:

  • Individual Therapy
  • Group Therapy
  • Enrichment Groups

Youth Mental Health services give parents and guardians an opportunity to take part in the therapeutic process. For parents and guardians, we offer supplementary parenting support in the form of resources, educational materials and webinars, which can be found on our Facebook page.

For more information, please contact Angeles Ochoa-Raya, Bilingual Youth Therapist, at aochoaraya@lifewisestl.org or (314) 260-6381.
